All bonuses and promotional offers on Jiliph are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Attempting to abuse bonus structures, including through multi-accounting or collusion, will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account termination.

Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Jiliph, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold a Player account or participate in any games or promotions on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Jiliph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Jiliph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and any balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jiliph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Jiliph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Jiliph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Jiliph is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.
Jiliph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All supported payment methods and their associated minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Jiliph account. Jiliph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded by a payment method belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Jiliph reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Jiliph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and any applicable processing times. Jiliph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
All transactions on the Jiliph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Jiliph reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant account balances, as disclosed in the cashier section. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
Jiliph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not available for withdrawal. Jiliph reserves the right to void bonus winnings where it determines that wagering requirements have been met through low-risk or excluded game play.
Jiliph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players. Determination of bonus abuse is at Jiliph's sole discretion.
Each game available on the Jiliph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final.

Jiliph reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, Jiliph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players. Jiliph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, system outages, or interruptions to the Platform.
All content on the Jiliph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Jiliph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Jiliph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jiliph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Jiliph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jiliph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jiliph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Jiliph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to Jiliph. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, Jiliph reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Jiliph Platform shall first be submitted to Jiliph's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
Jiliph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Jiliph will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
